The coating line adopts modular structure, which can increase the chamber according to the process and eflicieney requirements, and can becoated on both sides, which is flexible and convenient. Equipped with ion cleaning system, rapid heating system and bC magnetron sputeringsyslem, it can ellicienlly deposit simple metal coalings. The cquipment has the advanlages of fast beat, convenient clamping and high elicieney.

1. The coating line is equipped with ion cleaning and high-temperature baking system to improve the adhesion of the deposited film.
2. Small angle sputtering of rotating target is beneficial to deposit film on theinner surface ofsmall aperture.
