Equipment Application

The high-temperature visualization in-situ test machine is mainly composed of intelligent heating system, customized LED blue light far center light source, high-precision optical imaging system, material mechanics test machine, image processing system, etc. It can realize the high temperature performance of metal (especially high temperature alloy), ceramics, ceramic fiber composite materials, refractory materials and other high temperature solid materials, and the performance test and evaluation of the performance with the temperature change. The development of high temperature materials and the performance evaluation of high temperature service components have simple, fast and intuitive effects.

Function Introduction

1. Unique functions
1)  Quickly test the change law of the elastic modulus from room temperature to high temperature, so as to quickly obtain the elastic modulus at any temperature, the brittle-extension conversion temperature of the material, and the elastic modulus of the ceramic coating to change the law with the temperature;
2)  Test of high temperature energy dissipation and high temperature elastic recovery performance (the price of high temperature plasticity and elasticity);
3)  The change law of material hardness with temperature and the rapid determination of high temperature hardness;
